·       Traveled to Home Office in Bentonville, AK and assisted in the execution of an event for Women Veteran's Event.
·       Designed and implemented a new college recruitment campaign with the help of TMP Worldwide, Advertising and Communications creating three new flyers.
·       Shadowed a manager in daily store activities learning all aspects of store operations: customer service, HR through personnel, and inventory.
·       Created and executed the Holiday Store Evaluation Competition.
·       Assisted in the first ever Back to College Pop Up Store Project for six colleges, specifically working with Jack Morton Worldwide and Corporate Marketing department on the marketing aspect of the project.
·       Established a Women's Leadership Conference and helped execute all event planning aspects.

Joe's Farm Market, Mullica Hill, NJ.  Head Cashier.   Summer 2005 & 2006.
·       Opened and closed business daily.
·       Negotiated a new source for plants, creating a cheaper, more efficient path.
·       Trained new employees on business procedures and operation of cash register.
·       Recommended and assisted in new marketing procedures, such as business cards, t-shirts and a new sign.
